   Obligatory personal equipment :

Shoes: each participant must have his own ski shoes or rent them in Ushuaia. We clearly recommend to use them at least one day before, to assure more comfort during the ascent, and avoid blisters and other inconveniences.

Poles (rental in Ushuaia possible)

Waterproof jacket and pants.

Warm underwear, synthetic fiber (polar)

Warm hat

Sunglasses

2 pairs of ski gloves

Sunscreen and drink (water, fruit juice)
